But when love is based only on appearance, passing affinities or convenience, <strong>it doesn't stand the test of time.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Love born of purpose <strong>has deep roots<\/strong>. It is built not only on sentiment, but on mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>It's when two people don't complete each other, but add up<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When one helps the other to grow in faith, maturity and outlook on life<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When the relationship brings the two closer to God - and doesn't push them apart<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Relationships like this aren't perfect. But they are <strong>planted in the right place, with the right intentions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1# The right person isn't the ideal one - it's the aligned one<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no such thing as a perfect person. But there are people who <strong>makes sense with what God has dreamed for you.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It's someone who:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Respect your process<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Walk in the same spiritual direction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It has similar values<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It challenges you to grow - not to lose yourself<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Love God more than he loves you<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The right person <strong>is not the one who avoids conflicts<\/strong>but who faces the difficulties with you, side by side, under grace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2# God won't give you someone as long as you're just looking to fill a void<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Many people want to find someone to feel complete, happy and validated. But true love <strong>cannot be born out of want.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before God gives you someone, He wants you to <strong>understand your own value.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That you learn to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Being well alone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loving your identity in Christ<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taking care of your emotional health<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Become someone you yourself would admire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You don't have to be ready, but you do have to be willing.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3# When you seek God, He aligns your relationships<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Seeking God's will <strong>it's not giving up on love - it's choosing the right love.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prayer changes your expectations.<br>Time with God changes your standards.<br>His presence changes your direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\"But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.\" (Matthew 6:33)<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>When you put God at the center, <strong>He begins to adjust everything around him - including his dates.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4# Relationships according to God have purpose before passion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, the heart races. The chemistry is there. So does the chill in the belly.<br>But <strong>it will all pass.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What sustains love in the long term <strong>it's not what you feel - it's what you build together.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And that starts with purpose. With vision. With firm values.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The relationship that comes from God does:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prayer at the beginning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respect in the middle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commitment on the journey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Love that reflects the character of Christ<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>It's not a fairy tale. It's a daily choice.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5# Waiting for someone according to God is not standing still - it's getting ready<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Waiting is not sitting back.<br>It's investing in yourself. It's seeking healing. It's growing in faith.<br>It's becoming the answer to the prayer you once prayed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you want someone with principles, be someone with principles.<br>If you want someone emotionally healthy, take care of your heart.<br>If you want a light relationship, live lightly with God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Waiting time is not wasted time - it's preparation time.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do you know if someone comes from God?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There is no \"magic sign\", but a few points can help you discern:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1# <strong>Do you walk in the same faith?<\/strong><br>You can't build together if everyone is going in one direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2# <strong>Does the relationship bring you closer to or distance you from God?<\/strong><br>The love that comes from God <strong>brings you closer to Him.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3# <strong>Is there peace, even with the challenges?<\/strong><br>God confirms with peace.
